I. Basic Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the legal relationship between the seller and the buyer in purchase contracts through this online shop.

Buyer:
A consumer or entrepreneur.
A consumer is a natural person acting outside of their business activity.
An entrepreneur is a person registered in the Commercial Register, or otherwise legally recognized as a business.
Legal relationships not explicitly governed here are subject to applicable Slovak law (Civil Code and Commercial Code).
By submitting an order, the buyer confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms.
Purchase contracts are concluded in the Slovak language and governed by Slovak law.
II. Safety and Protection of Information
The seller declares that all personal data provided by the buyer will be treated confidentially and used only to fulfill the contract and for marketing purposes unless the buyer objects.
Personal data processing is in line with the Slovak law on personal data protection.
III. Prices
All prices displayed in the online shop are contractual, current at the time of the order, and include VAT and any other statutory charges (unless specifically stated otherwise).
IV. Ordering
A buyer receives the goods at the price valid at the time of ordering.
Consumers can see total costs (including VAT) before confirming the order.
Orders may be made online or in person at the seller’s premises.
V. Withdrawal from the Contract
For Consumers
Under Slovak consumer protection law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from receiving the goods without giving a reason.
The returned goods must be complete, unused, and in original condition/packaging.
Refunds for returned goods will be issued within 30 days of withdrawal, usually to the bank account or as agreed.
For Entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurs may withdraw from the purchase contract based on mutual agreement and subject to conditions regarding the returned goods (condition, warranty, etc.).
VI. Payment Terms
The seller accepts:
- Cash payment on collection (up to €5,000),
- Bank transfer in advance,
- Cash on delivery (COD).
- Online payment through TatraPay
Goods remain the seller’s property until fully paid. The risk of damage passes to the buyer upon physical receipt.
VII. Delivery Terms
Personal Pickup:
The buyer must present valid identification.
Courier Delivery:
The seller arranges delivery with a carrier within Slovakia, usually within 24 hours. Prices for delivery vary and are shown on the site.
Buyers should inspect the shipment upon delivery and sign the delivery note. Damages or missing items should be noted immediately with the courier.
VIII. Warranty Conditions
Warranty terms follow the seller’s complaint policy and applicable Slovak laws. A valid purchase receipt acts as the warranty document.
IX. Final Provisions
These Terms are valid and effective from January 1, 2014, and may be updated by the seller at any time without prior notice.
