Bushings for leaf springs PICK-UP D22

The original bushings with a metal casing must be burned out or drilled out and the new bushings must be pressed into them.

We have chosen the best material for making our bushings, we are talking about high-density polyurethane, the top for the production of mechanical components (body lifts, thicknesses, etc.) that favor the articulation of many parts of our off-road vehicles.

For the production of our bushes, in addition to the basic raw materials, ingredients are added that improve the quality of the resulting polyurethane. The polyurethane bushings are baked in the oven at 120 °C for a minimum of 24 hours, obtaining a further increase in quality. The entire production process is carried out according to the highest European standards.
