CVJ3180PM-33T is the manufacturer's official part number for the RCV Ultimate 300M Nissan Patrol Y61 33T kit. The abbreviation 300M refers to the ultra-high-strength aircraft-grade steel used to manufacture the inner axle shafts of this specific kit.

• 33T Version (CVJ3180PM-33T): Features exactly 33 splines on the shaft end that inserts into the differential.
• Standard RCV / OEM Version: Features 31 splines on the differential side.
• Note: The 33-spline version does not fit into the factory differential carrier. It requires the installation of a heavy-duty locking differential, such as the ARB RD135 or ET135.

Spline count on the axle shaft itself (inside the CV joint)

• 300M Version (RCV Ultimate): The axle shaft end that inserts into the constant-velocity joint (CV joint) features 30 splines. As a result, the shaft is thicker along its entire length.
• Factory Axle (OEM Nissan): Factory axle shafts have a necked-down (narrowed) section at the joint connection and feature only 27 splines, which is their weakest point and where breakage typically occurs.

Physical dimensions and thickness

• The 300M designated products from the RCV Performance Ultimate axle kits feature a significantly larger shaft diameter and a more massive joint body compared to original OEM Nissan parts.

All products have a 12-month limited breakage warranty. All warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable to subsequent product owners. The warranty period begins on the day of purchase of the product. The manufacturer guarantees that it will repair or replace, free of charge, any suitable product found to be defective in material or workmanship, under normal conditions of use and service. This warranty does not cover fault diagnosis, labor costs for product removal and installation, or any other resulting costs.
A Warranty Certificate and invoice are required to claim the warranty.

Warranty Exclusion:
This warranty does not cover errors caused by insufficient maintenance, misuse, negligence, modification, damage caused by accident, improper installation, operation or unauthorized service, or the use of unauthorized parts.
This warranty does not apply to any parts used in a competitive environment.

If, after inspection, the returned part is not eligible for warranty repair or replacement under any warranty, the part may be repaired or changed at a reduced price.
All parts for which a warranty replacement is required must be returned to us before we ship any change parts. All change parts shipped before the manufacturer received and rated, the change item MUST BE PAID FULL PRICE. In this case, we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the part and approval of the warranty exchange.
